Keep Your Eyes On Jesus

We have heard the story about Jesus walking on the water. What a miracle that was. But if you think about it, it was an even greater miracle that Peter walked on the water. After all, Jesus could do anything.

But like Peter, we all find ourselves in situations where we take our eyes off Jesus and begin to sink.

When the waves come up around you, and the boat starts rocking, do you want to stay in the boat? You see, the boat represents our problem. We have a choice to stay and drown, or we can climb out and trust that Jesus will not let us drown.

"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before His presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves: we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations." Psalms 100:1- 4
